1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 each yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cups shredded red cabbage, divided
1 tsp caraway seed
1/4 tsp dried crushed thyme leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 cups Mrs. Weiss'® Kluski Egg Noodles
1/3 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsps scallions, finely chopped

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

2.  Melt the butter in a 12-inch skillet. Add onion. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until tender. Add cabbage, caraway seed, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.

3.  Stir in prepared noodles and heat through. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Do not boil. Stir in scallion.

4.  Serve immediately.
