10 oz Mrs. Weiss'® Extra Fine Egg Noodles
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups cottage cheese
2 each eggs
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350°F.  Prepare noodles according to package directions 3 minutes; drain. 

2. In large bowl, stir together 1 cup cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, vegetables, salt and pepper. 

3. Stir in noodles. 

4. Spoon into 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheddar cheese. 

5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
