11 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrot slices
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped and packed
1/2 cup sliced green onions
5 oz Mrs. Weiss'® Extra Fine Egg Noodles
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. In 5 quart saucepan, heat broth to boiling.  Add carrots, simmer 5  minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; simmer 3 minutes.  

3. Serve hot with Parmesan cheese. 

RECIPE TIP:   Add 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken, if desired.
