8 oz Mrs. Weiss'® Ha-Lush-Ka Egg Noodles
2 Tbsps butter
2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups diced ham
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 each eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsps bread crumbs

Cooking Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 ° F.  Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high, melt butter, add mushrooms.  Cook 5 minutes or until tender; stir in ham and nutmeg.

3. In a large bowl, stir together eggs and sour cream until smooth; stir in cooked noodles and mushroom mixture until evenly blended.

4. Spoon noodle mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish.  Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.

5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
